Service Description

**Spring Kickstart ** is designed to shake off the winter blues and ignite your motivation for 2027. This program isn’t specifically about riding or groundwork; instead, it focuses on setting actionable goals and fostering daily habits that lead to the results you desire, no matter what your equestrian aspirations may be. Join us for a fresh start this spring and cultivate the mindset that will lead to your dreams!

Cancellation Policy

Safety Requirements • Riding hats meeting current UK safety standards (PAS 015 or VG1) must be worn at all times when mounted or handling horses in high risk situations. • Footwear must have a smooth sole and a small heel. No trainers or open toe shoes. • Gloves and body protectors are recommended for all riders and required for jumping or young riders as specified by the instructor. • No handling or riding of any horse without the instructor’s permission. • Clients must follow all instructions immediately and without argument for safety reasons. Behaviour & Yard Conduct • Treat all horses, staff, and other clients with respect and kindness. • No shouting, running, or sudden movements around horses. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Dogs are only permitted on the yard if kept on a lead and approved in advance. • Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Horse Welfare • Welfare is the top priority. The instructor may modify or stop a session if a horse shows signs of stress, fatigue, injury, or behavioural concern. • Riders must not use harsh aids, excessive pressure, or any behaviour deemed inappropriate or unsafe. Lesson Structure & Punctuality • Riders should arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for hat checks, mounting, and preparation. • Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time; late arrival does not extend the session. • If a rider is more than 15 minutes late, the instructor may cancel the lesson and the full fee will still apply. Cancellations & Refunds • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at full price. • Lessons cancelled by the instructor (e.g., weather, horse welfare) will be rescheduled or refunded. • No shows are charged in full. Payment Policy • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. • Block bookings must be used within the stated timeframe and are non refundable. • Outstanding balances must be settled before further lessons can be booked.Rider Health & Fitness • Riders must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to ride safely. • The instructor reserves the right to refuse participation if a rider appears unfit, impaired, or unsafe to ride. Weather Policy • Lessons may continue in light rain. • Severe weather (storms, high winds, extreme heat) may result in cancellation or modification of the session for safety.
